Take [[Aiptasia]] for example, then ad the top click the "Edit Source" link. Copy the source from the text box as the base for your new page.

I changed the profile on the page you created to a Plant Profile, but it still won't show up as SW yet, I will need to update the template itself. Its a complicated process, you can see the source code for the Fish template here [[Template:Fish Profile]]. The [[Template:Coral Profile]] and [[Template:Plant Profile]] are not fully up to date.
